Where possible please have the following information ready when you make contact.

 

• What is your event?
• When is your event and where?
• How many people will be attending?
• What is the size of your room? (Estimates are fine)
• What are the running times for the day or the evening?

Other information we advise you to have before booking the band

• Is your intended venue used to having live bands?
• Does your venue have any sound limiter devices?
• Do you intend, or have you also hired a disco?
• What time do you have the room/area booked until?
